Separate organizations cooperate under a shared Aurora Charter. Citizens may remain independent, join one branch or pursue several memberships.

03 Security & Containment — defend settlements and secure facilities.
04 Engineering & Infrastructure — build, repair and maintain essential systems.
05 Medical & Rescue — field care and rescue.
06 Transport & Logistics — move people, supplies and equipment.
07 Survey & Exploration — map routes and distant destinations.
08 Ecology & Taming — study habitats, creature care and taming.

The Phoenix/A identity remains shared across all eight proposed treatments. Branch names, organizational providers, rank structures and rewards are not finalized. Bastion Response Group is a working PMC name and assignment proposal.
